The 2022 Parade of Homes is in The Town of Onondaga, a beautiful subdivision located in Onondaga Hill - Old Town Estates.
The Event runs October 13th through the 23rd.
Stroll through these beautiful showcase houses and gather ideas for your home - or new home! All seven of the Parade houses are fully decorated and fully landscaped.
Purchasing a Parade house offers great value, the builders are not the only ones who showcase their best at the event. Suppliers provide everything from tiles, shower heads, countertops & cabinets - will often give a break on their prices in order to showcase their products at the event. So purchasing a Parade house could save the buyer thousands of dollars of the cost of duplicating the exact same house!
And..speaking of items for sale, not only are all of the 'Parade' houses for sale, so is majority
of the furnishings, lamps, rugs, artwork etc. JUST ASK!
