The 2023 Parade of Homes runs September 14 - 24

This annual CNY event is a presentation of some of the region's best builders, along with their product and service providers. It allows the general public to walk through showcase houses and gather ideas for their own new or existing home.

All of the Parade Homes are fully decorated and fully landscaped-which offer the latest colors, tiles, window treatments, exterior designs, floor plans and furniture trends to admire-or purchase, since most of the furniture and accessories are for sale!

The 2023 Parade of Homes-River Grove-is perfectly nestled away featuring wooded, enclosed lots making the whole community feel like a separate oasis. River Grove is a part of the iconic Radisson community-best known for the beautiful neighborhoods, golf course & miles of community trails that meander near streams & ponds.

This years' Parade has beautiful homes to look through, with great attention to detail. A neighborhood full of new ideas and designs you can use for your new home construction project
or your existing home.

Countertops, moldings, doors, windows, decking, insulation-indeed all of the products and services, even the homes themselves can be duplicated for you. Information on just about every detail of the homes is available to make your own house a showcase home!

What to Expect at the Parade?

Wear comfortable shoes ! Aside from the fact that high heels are not allowed in the homes, you will do some walking, first from the parking lot and from house to house. The builders, and future homeowners, also ask that you wear shoe covers (or "booties" as we call them) which we provide, while you are inside the homes. The easiest option is to wear sandals or sneakers that do not have a heel.

There is on-site, easy access parking, and on those busy days (usually weekends) over flow parking will be just a quick shuttle ride away, just follow the signs.

When you arrive you will be able to visit with our sponsors under the tent; helping you with a variety of services - from energy efficiency upgrades to banking and investment advice - these experts can help.

Purchase your tickets and gather your program guide & booties and make sure to enjoy the beauty of the landscaped yards as you start. Keep in mind you can start at any of the homes you choose in any order - just visit them all. Each home has a greeter who will offer you the basics of the house and ask you to be sure to wear those "booties." Those greeters are from local charities, and a portion of your ticket cost goes to support them, so take a minute in the garage to learn about the charities involved. Each home has a flow, usually marked with small red arrows to keep everyone going through the homes easily. You can always go back and snap a picture of those curtains you love - if need be. Ask for a demo of the new technologies in the home, ask about anything you see and would love to take home with you - all decor., furnishings etc. is FOR SALE.
